Delivery Volunteer Instructions
Please, pick up your deliveries, Friday anytime between 9:00AM - 2:30PM at the Smart Bellies HQ (695 Summit Blvd, Suite C, Frisco, CO 80443). When you arrive, you’ll need to head around to the back of the building for loading. The code for the door is 0341.
Please count out the correct number of family bags/boxes and kids bags for your route. Each week you will get an email with details about how many bags are in each bin and any other info you need. The number of kids and family produce bags you need is written on your route sheet. Route sheets can be found on a table when you enter HQ. Each family on your list will get one bag of produce and each kid will get a white bag. Please take a look at your delivery sheet to see if there are any special instructions for your families such as gluten free, no meat, or allergies. Almost all routes have specialty bags.

Just a friendly reminder to knock and leave the bags outside the door. No need to wait for someone to answer. As always, give us a call with any confusion. If you are a new delivery volunteer and have any questions when you arrive at HQ, please feel free to give us a ring.
If you are the last person to pick up, please take all of the remaining bags and give them out to your families. We always make a couple extra each week.

Por favor, recoja sus entregas el viernes entre las 9:00 a. m. y las 2:30 p. m. en la oficina de Smart Bellies (695 Summit Blvd, Suite C, Frisco, CO 80443). Al llegar, deberá dirigirse a la parte trasera del edificio para cargar la mercancía. El código de la puerta es 0341.
Por favor, cuente la cantidad correcta de bolsas/cajas familiares y bolsas para niños para su ruta.Cada semana recibirá un correo electrónico con detalles sobre cuántas bolsas hay en cada contenedor y cualquier otra información que necesite. La cantidad de bolsas para niños y bolsas familiares que necesita está escrita en su hoja de ruta. Las hojas de ruta se encuentran en una mesa al entrar a la oficina. Cada familia de su lista recibirá una bolsa de frutas y verduras y cada niño recibirá una bolsa blanca. Por favor, revise su hoja de entrega para ver si hay instrucciones especiales para sus familias, como sin gluten, sin carne o con alergias. Casi todas las rutas tienen bolsas especiales.
